We accept payment by credit card or other payment methods indicated. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We will ship your order to the address you provide. We are not responsible for any delays or other problems caused by incorrect shipping information or carrier-related delays. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order in a timely manner, but we are not responsible for any delays or other problems caused by circumstances beyond our control.
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss a resolution. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit. Shipping charges for returns will be paid by the customer.
If your order is damaged in transit, we will replace the order and process any shipper damage claims. We ask that you contact us and provide digital photographs that clearly show the damage to the packaging and contents within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the order upon receipt the photographic verification of damage.
In certain instances, the shipping agent may request to visually inspect the damaged packaging and contents. Please be sure to retain the items and their packaging until you are notified that the materials are no longer needed. Failure to provide the damaged items for inspection upon request constitutes your agreement to reimburse Mark Eitel Fine Art Photography for any provided replacement items and shipping costs incurred as part of the replacement.
We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content on this website or the content of any third – party websites linked to this website. We do not guarantee that this website will be error – free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
